Your new solar pool pump is designed to work with all other parts of your current system. The system will be specifically designed for your pool and/or spas filtration needs.  You can choose to:

• Install on a new pool with no existing pump in place
• Replace your old pump completely
• Add a solar pool pump to your existing pump, so it can be used as a back up system

Most of our clients find it beneficial to add a solar pool pump to there currently pool pump if there is space to do so. The old pump can act as a back up system.
