Will I have to get a new water tank?
Fafco offers two different types of solar water heaters.
- Glass Rooftop Collector - requires a special solar tank that is 80 gallons to store more heated water.
- Fafco Polymer Panel - can be attached directly to your existing water heater.
Certainly, if your tank is significantly aged a new one is always a good idea to be as efficient as possible.
